Faculty Writing Retreat In-Person
Looking to use the quiet of winter break to jump start work on a writing project? Would you like to carve out some time in your schedule to begin a proposal or revise a manuscript? The PDC invites faculty to join their fellow writers in a one-day writing retreat that is designed to hold participants accountable to their writing progress and goals. Enjoy a comfortable and quiet workspace, ample coffee, nourishing lunches, and the feedback and encouragement of colleagues. Each day will begin with a check-in on writing goals and will end by reviewing accomplishments and next steps.
What to expect:
Quiet time with a small group of colleagues who are immersed in their writing projects. Coffee, tea, water, lunch, and communal desk space will be provided. Please plan to provide your own laptop.
