Expanding the Market for Professional Programs

Just as professional degrees have become increasingly central to enrollment revenue, industry changes and economic uncertainty are threatening the core programs that institutions have historically relied on—including the MBA, the M.Ed., and the J.D.

This webconference will identify strategies to reach new audiences for these core degrees through elements of program design that appeal to career starters, career changers, and career advancers. In addition, we'll explore how institutions draw on existing resources to develop new offerings for fast-growing market segments, and the demand for specialized programs in select high-growth fields (e.g., big data, health informatics, cybersecurity).

Materials in this webconference will allow you to:

  • Understand the enrollment challenges facing core professional programs (MBA, M.Ed., J.D.)
  • Reach new audiences in established fields through program development and redesign
  • Diversify professional program offerings with niche opportunities in emerging fields
